About Us
Jamison Luther got his start in the auction industry at just 19 years old, joining one of the world's largest heavy equipment auction companies. Working the Great Lakes Region across Ohio and Michigan, he learned the business from the ground up — building consignment sales, managing territory relationships, and leading major liquidation events, including the full liquidation of a Michigan aggregate company that brought in more than $4 million.
After years in the field, Jamison brought that experience home to Nebraska, where he moved to the technology side of the auction world. Working with online bidding providers gave him something rare in this industry: a complete understanding of how an auction works from every angle — seller, buyer, and platform. It's a perspective he carries into every sale today, and it's why some of North America's largest auction companies still call on him for consulting, auction operations management, sale setup, and online bidding expertise.
Then came Heartland.
Heartland Machinery Auctions was started out of complete faith — and that's something we don't shy away from. We believe God is the one who provides, and that belief shapes the way we do business: with integrity, humility, and a genuine commitment to serving our customers well.
Behind every Heartland auction is a team we're incredibly proud of — from World Champion Auctioneers on the block to the hardworking crew behind the scenes making sure every detail is handled with care. Our people are some of the best in the industry, plain and simple.
Our vision is to grow Heartland Machinery Auctions into the largest, most respected, and most reputable auction company in the central United States. We know you have options when it's time to sell your equipment — and we don't take that lightly. Our goal is to make every step of the process smooth, professional, and worth your trust.
Whether you're moving one machine or an entire fleet — we bring the buyers, run the auction, and get you paid.
Our equipment yard is at the Sarpy County Fairgrounds, 100 Main St, Springfield, NE 68059, just south of Omaha, Nebraska. Mail goes to P.O. Box 105, Elkhorn, NE 68022. Call (531) 215-2900.
